Fast Check-In with Self-Service Kiosks
Factory installed 12 self-service kiosks, enabling participants to complete their registration quickly and independently, avoiding queues or congestion at the entrances.
10,000 Personalized Badges
Each badge featured the participant’s name, surname, and company on the front, and a personalized QR code on the back for downloading the dedicated app, along with useful information about the wiki and networking area. Variable color schemes made it easy to distinguish between participant categories.
Managed Access by Category
Automatic management of different entrance types:
- General Entrance
- Early Bird Entrance
- Premium Entrance
Each category was linked to the participant’s profile and monitored in real time during the event.
