Online Registration Platforms
Event Registration is managed in a streamlined and functional way: the Participant's personal data is recorded in detail through a personalized web form together with the e-commerce module. This allows the Participant to purchase the entry ticket to the Event and combine related Services such as Gala Dinners or Social Events.

Self-accreditation via digital totem
Access to the information service is quick thanks to the totem with multi-touch-screen monitors and 2D optical scanners. The Participant's experience is autonomous and independent during the Accreditation phase.

Traditional Accreditation without queues
Participant's Accreditation is fast and immediate: by showing the QR code to an operator you receive the butterfly badge for access. If required, data input can be recorded by the system and synchronized on the customer's CRM.

Advanced profiling and on-site payment management
Thanks to new generation self-service kiosks it is possible to accurately profile the Participants at Registration. This allows increasing the amount of data collected by the Organizer and permits completion of any required payment in the self mode.

Certificates of Participation and ECM on the web platform
Particpant Certificates are issued based on the Particpation calculation. The web environment is totally customizable with user-friendly graphics related to the Event. In terms of security, the Credentials are encrypted and in line with GDR compliance.

The branded App guarantees a functional user experience: digital badge, self check-in, agenda and personal profile, Programmes, Abstracts, geolocalized maps of stands and exhibitors, survey and digital wardrobe, table plan management.
